1. The service
HarnessSync is operated by Version Two s.r.o. (“we”, “us”). It provides tooling to install and synchronise AI coding harnesses across your machines. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping credentials secret and for activity under your account. One natural person per account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Charges renew automatically until cancelled. EU VAT applies where relevant. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use HarnessSync to host or transmit unlawful content, infringe copyright, run bulk-scraping operations through the service, or attempt to break the service or its users.
5. Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Mandatory consumer-protection rights under your local law are unaffected.
